Any product made by Makersunity is Made in the USA!
Makersunity products are designed and manufactured to last a lifetime. All Makersunity products are guaranteed to the original owner to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any original, unaltered and unmodified product which fails under normal use will be refunded, replaced or repaired at our discretion. Damage caused by modification, improper care or negligence will not be covered.

Order Processing / Shipping
We understand that sometimes you will want to return or exchange items and we try to make it as easy as possible.
Most in-stock orders ship within one business day from our warehouse in Brighton Michigan.
Most in-stock orders ship via USPS or UPS. We may from time to time use a third party shipping company such as Amazon logistics. You will receive an email when your order ships which will include the shipping provider along with the tracking number.
We do offer international shipping from our Brighton, MI, USA warehouse. Shipping cost varies by location and is calculated at checkout.
We process orders quickly and in many cases can not make a change to the order after it is processed. Contact us via live chat for the quickest response. If we are able to make the change we will.
Belt & Wallet Information
You can figure the total length of a Makersunity belt by taking the belt size and adding 7 inches. So a size 32 belt has a total length of 39 inches (32 + 7)
We understand that sometimes you will want to return or exchange items and we try to make it as easy as possible.
There are a couple ways to figure out your belt size. All of our belts have 7 holes spaced one inch apart so being off an inch or two is ok. Use one of the following methods to determine your size:
Option 1 (Less accurate): Take your pants waist size and add two inches. So if your waist size is 36 you should order a size 38 belt.
Option 2 (More accurate): Follow our belt sizing guide to measure your current belt to find the perfect size.
The buckles can be removed on any belt we offer that is secured with Chicago screws. The buckles can not be removed if the belt is secured with rivets.
We put a dab of glue on the Chicago screws while crafting your Makersunity belt. This helps to make sure the original buckle stays put and doesn’t come loose accidentally. Unfortunately, this can make removal of the screws a bit difficult. In order to remove the screws, you have to be able to break the adhesive seal on the screw. It can be difficult, but if you use a screwdriver on the one side and you grab the other (smooth) side of the screw with a pair of needle nose pliers you can get enough torque. Once the seal is broken, it will unscrew very easily. The trick is to get a good grip on the screw with the pliers without damaging the leather, you have to be careful. Please contact us directly if you aren’t able to remove the screws and we will help however we can.

Returns + Exchanges
We offer 100% free returns and exchanges on all US purchases. We pay shipping both ways. All we need from you is your order number and zip code.
Once your item has been received in our warehouse your refund will be processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company it may take 2-10 business days to show up in your account.
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is in transit to our warehouse. In some instances it may process sooner. We ship out every weekday, so your item should ship the same day your return is shipped back to us.
If the item you requested as an exchange goes out of stock before the exchange is processed your exchange will automatically be changed to a return for a full refund.
